I had started in a totally different direction and design for Kandice. One with a compass because she has always been with me in any direction I have gone. Teaching me that just cause it wasn't the direction I wanted or thought I should be going didn't mean it was the wrong direction. It was my direction and to enjoy the journey!
But then one Fall night in late October I got a life changing text from Kandice telling me she was diagnosed with a rare form of Liver Cancer. I knew then that my design had to change but nothing was right! I wanted it to speak to people and tell a story about Kandice but also represent who she is!
Then one day a conversation between 2 ladies Kandice brought together (Linda Dunham & Me) happened, we decided to design a way to support Kandice & Kurt, a way to keep them close everyday, and help ease any financial burdens along the way. It is such a difficult time to have to be secluded from the ones you love and who love you. It's a time when hugs are needed but we can't physically give them to protect her immunity.
If you have even just glazed the surface of a quick smile and conversation with this lady, you have felt her energy.
To call her a sister, daughter, wife, or a friend.....you have been Changed Forever.
She is one of the rarest of human beings.
She loves with her whole heart, lives without hesitation, and shows up on every level for every one in her life.
Her light has touched so many.
Her strength may have pulled you through a rough time or helped make a difficult decision.
Her support is endless.
She has stood by many of our sides.
And now, it is our turn to RETURN all of that LOVE and SUPPORT to her and Kurt(her amazing husband fighting by her side).
A special way to keep her near us and us(her warriors) surrounding her.
I poured all my love and heart into these creations & Linda & I named them:
'RESTORE OUR WARRIOR"
The meaning in each charm is so very special!
The lightbulb, we wear for Kandice to be her Light in the Darkness, as she has often been for us.
The Owl, considered a source of Protection and great victory.
It has become a meaningful symbol to Kandice & Kurt that God has been walking with them through this difficult time.
The Angel Wing, may her angels be near and guide her on this journey.
And Warrior.....may she be a MIGHTY one and WIN this BATTLE 💟
50% of the proceeds will be donated to Kandice and Kurt to assist with any financial needs during this trying time.
WE LOVE YOU KANDICE!!!
LET'S RESTORE OUR WARRIOR!
Please share this blog with people you know! My Goal is to sell 100 of these necklaces for her

Ladies meet Suzy Simonson. She is a mom, a wife, a stroke survivor, bestselling author and a life/business coach. Knowing her story, seeing her build her business and the I am conference all while being a mom & wife gave me the extra courage & hope I needed. She has been so important in my growth over the last year. She helped me grow personally & in business. She saw things in me I hadn’t seen and helped me to believe. She allowed me to borrow her belief until it became my very own.
She has guided me in my healing & growth and I can now accept compliments, believe in my dreams, believe I am a good mom despite my past struggles, and know I am beautiful inside and out no matter my outside appearance or what is going on inside. We are hoping to pass this on through my design.
When designing with Suzy as my inspiration I immediately knew it had to be a statement piece. First that is what she loves to wear but second she is truly like a statement piece of jewelry. I feel this necklace represents her because she always stands out by making a statement & difference in this world with her coaching & I am conference. I attended her conference and met her exactly when my world needed her. She will never stop making a statement. She is helping women find their value, their belief & their I am story.
First Step:
I just knew I had to incorporate sparkles because her personality sparkles & she helps make others around her sparkle. As you can see if you have watched my story over the last 3 years I have gained my sparkles back, so it was just fitting!
2nd & 3rd Steps:
I choose the flower shape because it is big like her belief in others and her heart. This pendant is made from a hand drawn template on wax paper, where I then trace it with hot glue to keep the resin from running outside of the shape. I then fill it with glitter roxs & resin in a several step process and curing days. The beauty is that no 2 pendants will ever be exactly the same just like she shows us how to fully be our own unique self. To Love it, embrace it and run with it.
Also I added the black paint to show how her kindness and belief is spreading through the world.
After another layer or 2 of resin and 2 days or curing I hand drill wholes in it to attach it to chain.
The Name:
We chose Sunshine as it's name because it glitters like the sun & her nickname was Suzy Sunshine growing up. If you ever get to meet her...... You will know exactly why.
Thank you Suzy for being my sunshine through the tough times, helping me grow and chasing my dreams!!!
I will always have my new found confidence on when wearing this necklace.
I hope her story, my story & wearing this necklace gives you the confidence you need at the exact time you need it and you feel you are making a statement in this world!!

]]>This is Alisha Natic and she is so beautiful inside & out! This amazing mom of 2 has had such an amazing impact on my life. I met her while going through the height of my depression. She has been one of my biggest cheerleaders and taught me so much along my journey. The lesson I value the most is SELF LOVE. Something I had none of. Honestly I didn’t even know how to do it anymore.
Knowing she had struggled with post-partum depression, weight gain, feeling unworthy and lost in motherhood and fought her own battle with self-love gave me hope that I could too. She has been there every step of the way & continues to teach me that this is a life habit and that I am in fact the ONLY one who can change that.
Alisha’s Story
Her self-love journey started with weight gain from motherhood and what society has taught us that a beautiful, sexy woman should look like. She always dreamt of her dream body and when she realized how dangerous it could be to obtain she decided she had to change this vision of a perfect body, so she set out on loving herself just the way she is.
On her journey she began working out and eating to fuel her body. She paid attention to the way foods made her feel and cut out the things that were making her feel icky. It was a long journey and she reminds me every night that it isn’t one that happens over night or in a few months. In fact, it is something that we are ALWAYS working for.
When I asked her what was her most valuable lesson from this journey she said “It is to truly take the time to get to know yourself so you can truly love yourself. This hit a cord of nerves for me and woke me up. I sat there realizing I had lost myself along the way and I was no longer living for me. I was making every single choice for my family, husband, friends and all the other people in my life that I was afraid were judging me and that I to had this perfect body vision that felt it was unattainable in mommy hood.
When interviewing her I asked her what she wanted this piece of jewelry to say without speaking and she said “to be a reminder of self-love. So when she requested an inverted triangle, I instantly thought it was perfect after all she was my inspiration of my self-love journey & the inverted triangle is the oldest symbol for divine power of the female.
So I set off designing the perfect inverted triangle charm. I knew it had to be dainty because she loves everything dainty except a great statement pair of earrings. I also knew I wanted to incorporate a round charm because the circle represents the power of the female and the power of being complete or whole.
The chain which I was kind of obsessed with this season was perfect as well (Since Alisha loves all things dainty). I also felt we ourselves can be just as fragile as that chain looks, BUT underneath it all we are stronger than anyone or even ourselves even knew.
Alisha has sat through numerous hours of me talking about my lows and for that I am always going to be grateful.
This is girl has had such a beautiful impact on my life. She has taught me that no matter who we are we all have something we are fighting that we dislike about ourselves. I saw hope through her for the first time in years and belief that I could to get to this beautiful place in life of love and pure happiness!!
Thank you Alisha for being my light and guidance. I will forever be grateful to you!!!

Meet my First Inspiring Tribe member Christa Enquist!!!
She is one of my best friends & will always be one of my many saving graces!! She has been there for me through thick & thin and loved me even when I felt I was unloveable. She is a wife, daughter, sister, aunt, brand new mom, the best daycare provider ever, a HUGE Hanson Fan(Yes MMBop). I know I didn't know they still sang either!!), a lover of all things tiny and cute, but most of all the kindest woman I will ever meet.
Here is Christa's Story & where my inspiration came from for her necklace!
It is ok to feel our highs & our lows!!!
This necklace is a beautiful representation of that!! It means “I am greater than my highs & my lows” which was curated in the diabetes community!
Sometimes in life things get hard, what better way to remind yourself how great you are no matter the valley. Whether it’s a diagnosis, disease, illness, tragic accident, or loss of a loved one, we don’t need to let these define who we are.
The inspiration for this necklace came from my dear friend Christa Enquist who was diagnosed with diabetes at 6 years old. She has been a huge part of my journey helping me accept that getting counseling and taking meds doesn’t mean that I am broken. If it weren't for her and her friendship I would still be battling with those feelings & my postpartum depression, so I wanted to design a necklace after her and the ever lasting impression she has had in my life. She was the start of my inspiring tribe
We feel this quote can be a daily reminder to so many no matter our journey. We all have our own highs & lows and we are truly more than any of it.
Thank you Christa for your amazing friendship and everlasting support in my journey! You have been a rock through it all and I will forever be so grateful for you!!

This has been the most challenging season of life and I am sure all of you can relate. Between the isolation, home schooling, explaining things to kids who don't understand why they can't see their friends, working from home when its not your norm, having your spouse around more & not stepping on each others toes, to just pure loneliness.
This is a time in life when we need each other more than ever. If you know someone struggling or someone who is out there fighting this disease, send them a token of appreciation or a friendly "I miss you" to help them get through till you can be together again.
I created these world stud earrings with the help of my 2 sons. We as a family wanted to show our love to the world. Rylan my 3 year old paints the water while Garin my 7 year old paints the land. We then create the hearts out of pieces of scrap wire from previously completed projects(we don't like to throw things away). I then finish the world studs with resin to bind everything together.
Resulting in the "Bound Together Studs".
The name is perfect because not only are they bound together but so are we as a world and what better way to remind someone that they are loved and thought about everyday than through a pair of earrings that they can wear all day.

Together In Spirit Coin
Since we are all in some way being kept from friends and family, I wanted to create something we could give them, men or women, to let them know we are together in spirit until we can be together again. What better way to keep you close to their hearts, while showing love, & gratitude than through this coin that was created out of a series of resin layers(4 to be exact).
They can carry it anywhere on their daily outfit or uniform.
Customize it with the saying of your choice and leave a very short personalized not on the back or leave the back blank.
When you purchase these Covid Designed porducts a portion of the proceeds will benefit a person or family highly affected by Covid-19. Give these to a loved one you have been physically distanced from to show them you may be apart in distance, but never in the heart!! ]]>I recently had the privilege of attending the Adornments Retreat in Galena, Illinois (my first ever attended). It was 3 jam-packed days of new friendships, laughter, information, inspiration and new techniques. I had the privilege of working with some of the most amazing, patient, kind and fun instructors, Heather Powers, Erin Prais-Hintz, Jess Lincoln & Brenda Schweder, all of which have become such inspirations to me!
